All standard plans (Free, Go, Plus, and Pro) are designed for tracking a single brand/domain. Each workspace on Zerply centers around one domain, and you can invite team members to collaborate within that workspace.

Need to track multiple brands? Our Enterprise plan is designed for:

• Organizations with multiple product lines or subsidiaries

With an Enterprise plan, you get custom pricing based on the number of brands you need to track, plus centralized billing, consolidated invoicing and dedicated support. You can log in with a single account and easily switch between different brand workspaces.

AI Visibility Tracking is a separate feature (not related to AI Agent Chat) that helps you monitor how AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI are mentioning your brand when users ask them questions.

We run structured prompts daily across these AI platforms to track where and how your brand appears, monitoring citations, sentiment, ranking, and competitive presence—similar to how you'd track search engine rankings.

Think of it as SEO, but for AI answer engines. You'll see:

• How often your brand is mentioned
• What context your brand appears in
• How you compare to competitors
• Which platforms cite your content

Available on:

• Plus Plan: 50 prompts tracked monthly on ChatGPT
• Pro Plan: 100 prompts tracked monthly across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews

AI Agent credits are used for our AI Agent Chat feature—your intelligent assistant for SEO, content creation, and marketing tasks.

1 credit equals 1,000 tokens (input + output combined). A typical chat exchange uses about 1 credit (roughly 1-3 messages). Larger tasks like full site audits, keyword clustering, or generating detailed reports will consume more credits proportionally.

All plans have access to all AI models (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, etc.). We suggest more efficient models on lower tiers to make your credits last longer, but you can always use any model you want.

Note: AI Visibility Tracking (available on Plus and Pro) is a separate feature with its own prompt allocation—it doesn't use AI Agent credits.

Yes! For AI Agent Chat, every plan (including Free) has access to all AI models—GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, and more. You can pick any model for any task.

The difference is in our suggestions to help your credits last longer:

• Go Plan: We suggest lightweight models (Gemini Flash-Lite, Haiku) to maximize your 1,800 credits.
• Plus Plan: We suggest balanced models (GPT-5 Mini, Gemini Flash) for your 4,000 credits.
• Pro Plan: We suggest premium models (GPT-5, Opus, Gemini Pro) with your 30,000 credits.

You can always override our suggestions, but using more expensive models will consume credits faster.

Note: AI Visibility Tracking is a completely separate feature (available on Plus and Pro plans only) that tracks how AI platforms mention your brand—it's not related to which models you can use for chat.

Each workspace on Zerply is built around a single brand/domain. Your plan determines how many team members can collaborate within that workspace. All team members share the plan's AI Agent credits and features for that specific domain.

• Free Plan: 1 member (just you)
• Go Plan: Up to 2 members (invite 1 person)
• Plus Plan: Up to 4 members (invite 3 people)
• Pro Plan: Up to 10 members (invite 9 people)
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited members with custom usage allocation across multiple brand workspaces

Example: If you're an agency with the Pro plan tracking one client's domain, you can have up to 10 team members working on that domain. To track multiple client domains simultaneously, you'll need an Enterprise plan.
