Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 16th April 2026
By applying to the Zerply Affiliate Program, you indicate that you agree with the terms and conditions of the Program. You will only officially become an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) after Zerply reviews and accepts your application and assigns you a unique referral identifier. As an authorized affiliate of Zerply, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and understand that any breach of these terms will result in termination of your participation in the Program. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before promoting Zerply as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website and in return to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by the individuals referred to Zerply and attributed to you through your personal referral link as described in these Terms.
To apply for the Program, you must contact our team via the chat widget (bottom right corner). The Program is operated using Zerply’s own internal systems; there is no separate third-party affiliate network or affiliate software platform that you join on your own. You must confirm that you understand that all payouts will be made through PayPal or bank transfer, unless any other agreement has been reached directly with the Zerply team.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Application
Anyone willing to become an Affiliate has to apply for participation in the Program. The applicant must be at least 18 years old. The decision on the application may take up to 48 hours. If approved, Zerply will notify the participant (for example by email to the address provided in the application) with confirmation of approval, a unique referral identifier assigned to the Affiliate, and instructions for the referral link format to use. Zerply does not provide a self-service affiliate portal or login credentials; enrollment is completed when Zerply creates the Affiliate’s record and communicates their referral identifier and link instructions.
If rejected, you may promote Zerply, but you will not be considered an Affiliate and will not receive any payouts as a result of any promotion. You are allowed to re-apply to the Program.
If, after approval to the Program, a participant’s status as an Affiliate is terminated, they will no longer be considered an Affiliate and will not receive any payouts as a result of any promotion. In this case, the terminated participant is not allowed to re-apply to the Program using the same or any other email or name.
2. Affiliate Records, Referral Links, and Operations
Enrollment and internal records
The Program is administered by Zerply without a third-party affiliate network or off-the-shelf affiliate management product. After approval, Zerply creates and maintains an internal Affiliate record (including the contact details you provide and a unique referral identifier, sometimes referred to as an aid). You do not create or log in to a separate Affiliate “account” product; your relationship is represented by Zerply’s internal records and the referral identifier Zerply assigns to you.
Applicants must provide accurate information when applying and may be asked to describe how they plan to promote Zerply; this information may be reviewed when making the approval decision.
Referral links and attribution
Affiliates must use the referral link format Zerply provides, which incorporates their referral identifier (for example, https://zerply.ai/?aid=<your referral identifier>, including on landing pages that use Zerply’s standard marketing site layout so that attribution can be recorded). Attribution relies on browser cookies and application signup flows operated by Zerply; it is first-touch based, and a referral identifier present on a visit will not replace an existing affiliate cookie that is already set. Referred users must complete signup for Zerply through the normal registration process while attribution remains valid in accordance with the cookie duration in these Terms. Zerply may update technical implementation details from time to time; Affiliates will be given reasonable instructions if the required link format or steps change.
Reporting and communications
Zerply does not offer a self-service Affiliate dashboard or real-time portal for commissions by default. Commission balances, performance summaries, and payout confirmations may be provided by Zerply by email or other direct communication, on a schedule or when reasonably requested, as Zerply’s operations allow.
Contact details and misuse
The Affiliate must keep name and contact email accurate and notify Zerply promptly via the chat widget (or other channel Zerply specifies) of any changes. The Affiliate must not misrepresent their relationship with Zerply, impersonate Zerply, or use another Affiliate’s referral identifier. Zerply processes personal information you provide in connection with the Program in accordance with Zerply’s Privacy Policy.
3. Commissions
Commission Conditions
Affiliates receive commission on purchases that:
- Have taken place after Zerply has enrolled the Affiliate in the Program and assigned their referral identifier
- Have been tracked through cookies and tracking mechanisms that confirm the registration of the referred user after following the Affiliate’s unique referral link
The affiliate will receive a 40% lifetime commission for every paid plan purchase made by each referred user, applicable for the entire duration of their subscription.
Right to Modify
Zerply reserves the right to modify commission structures, pricing, and payout terms. Any changes to commission percentages will be communicated to affiliates at least thirty (30) days in advance.
Commission Adjustments
Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue received by Zerply, excluding taxes and fees.
Restrictions
The Affiliate cannot refer themselves, and will not receive a commission on their own account. Affiliates may not earn commission on subscriptions they purchase themselves, on behalf of themselves, or for any business or entity they own, control, or materially benefit from. Creating or using multiple identities, accounts, or payment methods to circumvent this rule is prohibited.
There is also a limit of one recurring commission per unique customer: if someone uses the Affiliate’s link to order multiple accounts, the Affiliate will receive a recurring commission on the first qualifying subscription order only.
Your family members cannot be referred by you as an affiliate, and you will not receive a commission for their purchases. The referred user and the Affiliate cannot share the same place of work. Purchases made within the Affiliate’s company are not eligible and will not be counted towards the Affiliate’s commission.
Free trials and free plan users do not generate commission until they upgrade to a paid plan.
Commission Payout
Commissions will be transferred to the Affiliate’s designated payment method (PayPal or bank transfer) on a monthly basis, encompassing earnings from all referred users’ purchases made in the previous month.
Payments will only be sent for orders that have been successfully completed. Order transactions that result in chargebacks or full refunds will not be paid out. For partial refunds, Zerply will adjust or claw back the corresponding portion of any commission already credited or paid, in the same manner as for full refunds. If the Affiliate receives a commission payout for a purchase that is later refunded or charged back, Zerply will withdraw the sum of the received payout from the Affiliate’s next month’s commission (or offset against future commissions until fully recovered).
There is no minimum payout threshold. All earned commissions will be paid out monthly regardless of amount.
4. Affiliate Status Termination
Affiliate’s application and status in the Program may be rejected, suspended, or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.)
- Spamming, including unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, or abusive automated messaging on social platforms
- Advertising on websites containing or promoting illegal activities
- Misleading or unsubstantiated claims about Zerply or SEO outcomes (for example, guaranteed rankings, fixed timelines for specific results, or claims that Zerply or any tool can guarantee search engine placement)
- Operating coupon-only, deal-aggregator, or thin affiliate pages whose primary purpose is to list discount codes or offers without meaningful original editorial content about Zerply, without prior written approval from Zerply
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state, national, or regional laws (including where disclosure must be proximate to the affiliate link or call to action)
- Violation of intellectual property rights (Zerply reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of Zerply, in order to protect our intellectual property rights)
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to game the system
- Creating fake accounts or referrals
- Cookie stuffing or other deceptive tracking practices
Zerply reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, for any reason or no reason, at our own discretion.
5. Affiliate Links
The Affiliate may use graphic and text versions of their links on websites, in email messages, social media posts, as well as advertise Zerply in online and offline ads, magazines, and newspapers. The Affiliate may use the graphics and text provided by Zerply or create their own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to these Terms and Conditions.
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines and all applicable laws in each jurisdiction where their content appears. Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand; burying them only in a profile, footer, or behind extra clicks may be insufficient where the endorsement is visible in the main content. Examples of acceptable short disclosures include “I may earn a commission if you sign up through links on this page” or “Paid partnership / affiliate link,” placed near the relevant recommendation or link. On social media, tags such as “#ad” or “#affiliate” may be appropriate when they are visible without expanding the post, where platform rules allow.
6. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Trademark Bidding
The Affiliate is not allowed to bid on Zerply’s brand name, domain, or trademarks—including “Zerply,” “zerply.ai,” common misspellings, and confusingly similar terms—in paid search or paid social auctions on any platform (including Google, Microsoft Advertising/Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and similar) without prior written permission from the Zerply team.
Affiliates may not target paid keywords or audiences that combine Zerply’s brand or trademarks with modifiers such as “coupon,” “discount,” “promo,” “promo code,” “deal,” “review,” “login,” “pricing,” or equivalent terms in any language, where the intent is to capture traffic from users already searching for Zerply.
Affiliates may not use Zerply’s brand terms in paid ad copy, headlines, display URLs, or sitelinks without explicit written approval.
7. Inactive Affiliates
To keep the Program manageable and accurate, Zerply may suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation if Zerply’s records show no qualifying referral link clicks and no commission-eligible referred revenue for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Zerply may provide notice where practicable but is not required to do so before suspension or termination for inactivity. Reinstatement after termination for inactivity is at Zerply’s sole discretion and may require a new application.
8. Marketing Materials
Zerply will provide affiliates with marketing materials including:
- Banner ads and graphics
- Email templates
- Social media assets
- Product information and screenshots
Affiliates are encouraged to create their own content but must ensure all content is accurate and not misleading. Any custom content must align with Zerply’s brand guidelines.
9. Cookie Duration
Zerply uses a 30-day cookie duration. If a referred user clicks on an Affiliate’s link and signs up for a paid plan within 30 days of their first click, the Affiliate will receive credit for that referral.
10. Liability
Zerply will not be liable for direct, indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to Zerply website(s).
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by Zerply. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or Zerply website(s) will be error-free, and Zerply will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
11. Term of the Agreement
The term of the agreement to these Terms and Conditions begins the moment of the Affiliate’s acceptance in the Program and ends when the Affiliate’s participation in the Program is terminated. These Terms and Conditions may be modified by us at any time. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be incorporated into a revised version to be revealed on this webpage. Unless otherwise specified, such changes shall be effective from the date provided at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
Zerply reserves its right but not obligation to notify affiliates of any updates of these Terms and Conditions. Still, it is the responsibility of the affiliate to check these Terms and Conditions occasionally to track whether any changes or updates were introduced.
If any modification to the Terms and Conditions is unacceptable to the Affiliate, their only choice is to stop participating in the Program. Continuing participation in the Program will constitute the Affiliate’s acceptance of any change.
12. Applicable Law
Since Zerply is a product of Wittypen Media Services Private Limited, your participation in the Zerply Affiliate Program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The affiliates agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of their participation may be brought exclusively in the competent courts/tribunals having jurisdiction in Pune, India and irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts/tribunals.
